    Do you have the decision maker's details?

  • Yes - The most senior person at the company is always available

    Are your databases for rent, single use or owned on purchase?

  • It is owned by yourselves on purchase to use as many times as you wish

    What are your turnaround times?

  • Average - 48 hours

    How old is the data?

  • The data is reflects the Companies House records at the time of the download and our Corporate lists are updated quarterly

    Do you supply personal / consumer data?

  • No - only Corporate entities. However, we can obtain Company Director information if high net worth individuals are targeted. Home addresses are also available by a manual exercise

    Can you obtain data by post code?

  • Yes - we have access to data by postal areas

    Do you ever turn down work?

  • Yes - when we are unable to make the lists as bespoke as we would like them to be i.e. unable to find the client exactly what he / she requests

    Is there anyone available on the phone to assist us with our enquiry?

  • Yes - please leave a message by email that you want us to call you and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours

    Do you provide samples before we buy?

  • Always

    Can you give us a macro number of the data we require?

  • We always ascertain the total numbers fitting the criteria requested so we can work with our clients to reduce the list to their bespoke requirements. We will base our quote on the final number in the list

    Do your clients purchase from you regularly?

  • Yes - we are proud to say we have a number of repeat clients and a number who have referred us onto their families and friends

    Can you limit our list to a finite number of companies for us?

  • Yes - we can limit the list using various criteria when we understand what is important to you in respect of your target company e.g. number of employees? net worth? Etc

    Can you ascertain company email addresses?

  • Not easily, we obtain the website addresses so that a generic form could be ascertained

    Can you mailing list be by sector?

  • Yes - we use the standard SIC codes regularly

    Do you have access to European companies?

  • Yes

    What are your payment terms?

  • We are a small company and therefore our terms are proforma when samples are agreed

    Do you keep in touch with your clients?

  • Whilst we do not wish to hassle our clients we regularly request feedback
