1. You buy the use of the list for 1 mailing to each address on the list unless otherwise agreed.
2. You must not sell or pass the data or part of the data onto any third parties for any reason other than fullfilment of your marketing campaign.
3. You must delete the names and addresses from your system at the appropriate agreed time.
4. To protect the names on the lists, bespokemailinglists.co.uk may limit the usage of lists from time to time to certain types of marketing. Failure to adhere to such agreements might make you liable for penalty charges.
5. You must not use the lists nor the name of this web site nor the name of the owners and web designers, in any way that could be detrimental to their respective businesses.
6. bespokemailinglists.co.uk do not need to divuldge the source of the names and addresses on these lists for any reason, other than legal compliance.
7. All resonable care has been taking compiling the lists but bespokemailinglists.co.uk take no responsibilty for errors or ommisions.
8. The client is reponsible for ensuring compliance for relevant opt out lists, including but not limited to, the Telephone Preference Service, Mailing Preference Service and Email Preference Service.
9. bespokemailinglists.co.uk reserves the right to monitor usage of the lists through the use of seed names and addresses. Seed names will not form any more than the greater of 10 names / addresses or 0.5% of the list. These names and addresses might be unique to the list. If inappropriate contact, contact outside of the agreed timescale or more than the agreed number of contacts is made, penalties, including recovery charges, will be imposed on the client.
10. Unless otherwise agreed, you do not buy sole usage of the lists from bespokemailinglists.co.uk. The names and addresses might be sold to more than one company including competing businesses.
11. There is no stated or implied limit to the number of times the lists are sold in any time frame.
12. You may be asked to limit the use of lists to certain dates to limit the number of mailings received by the parties in this list.
13. Some of the above terms and conditions may be revoked under prior agreement from both parties involved.
14. All reasonable care has been taken in compiling the information displayed on this web site, but neither the owners nor the web designers will accept responsibility for errors or ommissions.
15. You will immediately update previous lists supplied if you receive a request to do so.
